Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature breastpump - instructions?

Have just bought a second hand Closer to Nature breastpump (is that gross? I don't know! ) but it doesn't have the instructions with it.

Could anyone enlighten me or is it really obvious? Thanks x

Tiny word of caution here...I have one of these and it has rather a short "funnel", and apparently I must have stretchy nipples, because I experienced some, er, chafing, as it were, right on the tips of my nips! I found a couple of online reviews where this problem had happened to others.

Pump gently until you know nothing rubs you sore!
