Hi all
Bit of a silly question...will my baby become constipated if I am taking iron tablets whilst exclusively BFing her? I was anaemic pre pregnancy and she is 10 days old now but I haven't taken the tablets since she's been born as she has been quite gassy anyway and I didn't want to exacerbate things.
