Just curious really, I'm starting to stockpile some ebm in the freezer for emergencies but as I'm bfing I have no idea how much the average four week old has per feed. Anyone have any ideas?

my LO is just over 4 weeks and takes anywhere from 3fl oz up to 5 fl oz of EBM from the bottle. I am freezing in max portion sizes of 5fl oz for now on the basis that I can defrost multiple packs when needed - have no idea how much he will need when older.

Thanks for that dal. I'm so bad at expressing that getting more than 2oz at any time is challenge, so I've been mostly freezing 2oz at a time. Looks like i'm going to need to do a few more bags!!
