How long for breasts to return to normal?

My baby preferred the left breast. I stopped bf three months ago and the left is still bigger. How long will it take to return to normal? I’m shitting myself thinking I’m stuck like this 😭

You won't be stuck like that. I can't remember how long it takes for them to settle down, but they do eventually.

It took quite a long time for me, I'll be honest. But in clothing it wasn't too noticable.

They seem to be getting worse instead of better. I lost some weight and the right one has shrunk to normal again but the left is huge. I just feel totally helpless. My boobs were one of my only nice body parts ☹️

Unfortunately after feeding four babies my left breast is a size bigger than the right! I haven't breastfed for two years now and no sign of it shrinking (or the right one growing!)

Took a good year for me. I remember being quite worried it'd never happen. A year is a long time looking anxiously at empty boobs in the mirror.

But they do return to normal. Maybe a couple of inches lower, lol.

But yeah, it takes longer than you think for the tissue to settle. Dont sweat it just yet.
