It is worth continuing with breastfeeding

Baby is 10 weeks .. gradually reduced breastfeeding and now only 1x feed per day. Is there any benefit of continuing this ? I estimate it's only around 60ml.

I’m no expert, but seen you’ve had no replies and wanted to say something. I think it depends why you’re doing it. As far as I understand it, any breast milk is good for babies, so that one feed will be benefitting your baby. However, your baby will be perfectly happy and healthy on formula! Alternatively, you may want to continue as long as you can with one feed because you like the snuggles. But of course babies are snuggly, especially at ten weeks, however they’re fed! You’ve done amazing to give your baby breast milk at all, especially with so little support available at the moment. If it’s about guilt then try your best to let that go. It really doesn’t matter. What do you want to do? That’s the important thing.
