Baby clicking when feeding

My son had his tongue tie revised a month ago but still clicks and has a poor latch when feeding this is causing his reflux to flair up because of the amount of air he brings in! I find that he feeds super well when he isn’t hungry! He will drink a lot quieter for a few sucks then start again but I just take the bottle out and then offer again! He calms down a bit when sleepy or near the end of the bottle when he starts to feel satisfied. I’m not sure why he still latches badly when he is hungry! I have tried every bottle in the UK supermarkets and I feed him upright and pace feed just don’t know how to help him!
