Looking for breast pads that show milk

Hi, slightly weird question here...

I'm looking for breast pads that show how much milk they have soaked up on the inside - I need to try to keep track of leaking for medical reasons.

I'm not sure if there is going to be a product that will suit me because obviously it needs to keep you dry and not let the milk through on the other side, but if anyone has any ideas that'd be great! :)

Could you use breast shells instead

If you weigh them when dry then when wet would that be accurate enough as the difference would be weight of milk

Breastshells

The weighing is a great idea. Generally shells should be worn all the time as they can constricted flow.

This is a good idea! Thank you :)

I think breastshells would be good - I've never worn them though and I've heard you're not supposed to wear them all day? What are people's experiences with them?
