BF and returning to work

I will be returning to work at the beginning of November, dd will be 6 months. I am bf and would love to continue. I would like to bf in the morning (at about 7.30am) and evening (18.00) and at lunchtime - the nursery is near to work. I would like the nursery staff to give formula for the other feeds.

I do not want to pump or express at work and was wondering if this is going to be possible or if I will explode! At the moment dd is feeding approximately every 3 to 4 hours. Would really appreciate any advice

If you gradually drop an appropriate feed off and supplement with formula for the few weeks prior to returning to work your milk supply should dimish gradually and not leave you with enormous ( and painful ) breasts ( wanted to say norks but thought that would be just tooooo childish!!!)
