Reflux in 6 week old

Hi. Completely new to this and in desperate need of some advice!

My 6 week old daughter is suffering with reflux - the dr has prescribed infant gaviscon which works to a point however we are still getting regular spit up episodes even 40 mins after a feed!

Has anyone found anything that’s worked well for their little ones? Many thanks

I found cow and gate instant Carobel much better and it didn't cause constipation which gaviscon did for my little one. He was also prescribed Lanzoprazole by the paediatrician in the end which has helped too.
