Cracked nipple question

I've got a cracked nipple and I want to put some Lansinoh on it. However I don't want to wear a bra tonight since this prolonged the last cracked nipple for ages. Any tips on what to do to stop the Lansinoh getting on my clothes? I've got some Jellonet too and some breast pads if that helps.

Someone on my ante natal forum said she put plastic tea strainers over her nipples. She had her bra on though.

ROFL. I haven't got a tea strainer anyway.

I think I might have to devise a solution with masking tape unless there are any other ideas.
