yep!

Trinityrhino · 01/10/2007 14:49

yes definitely

Jenkeywoo · 01/10/2007 14:49

Yes of course - even hearing a random baby cry when we were out shopping made it happen to me. Just another milk-mama. why? do you think it's a bit weird?

Gameboy · 01/10/2007 14:50

yes, but then baby hamsters made my milk flow, so don't get tooooooooo flattered

mawbroon · 01/10/2007 14:51

No, I don't think it's weird. I've just said it in an email to my friend about her new baby and then got a bit worried that she might be all offended by it.

I wouldn't be offended or take it as a compliment tbh. It's not like particular newborns have more "essence of baby" than others, it's just a physiological mechanism that you don't have any conscious control over after all.

Basically you are saying "your baby looks like a baby"
