Bfing 14 week old, what can I take for a cold?

Can I take sudafed? The info leaflet was ambiguous. Any tips? Poor DD has a cold too

I was always very cautious and spoke to the dr / pharmacist if I was unsure. I use olbas oil / steam but with a 14 week you have to be careful so talk it over first.

Loopy that's great, I looked at kellymom but didn't have brand names or anything, and my brain has turned to much so could fathom the different chemicals!

Lemsip Cold & Flu is ok - doesn't have the decongestant that can cause problems.
