Steriliser for Dr Brown bottles?

For anyone who uses the Dr Brown bottles - what seriliser do you have? I want a microwave or electric steam steriliser that fits these bottles - most of them aren't tall enough to take the bottles when stood on their end. I read somewhere that the Avent IQ Steam steriliser fits 6 of the Dr Browns and all the parts - anybody any experience of this or other sterilisers? Thanks!

Yes the Avents can fit all the Dr Browns bottles in and the bits too.

I gave up with my steriliser after 2 months and just used the dishwasher lol.

Nbg, it's specifically the Avent IQ Steam one that fits the bottles, is it? We have an Avent Express microwave one and that doesn't fit them at all, they can't even stand upright in it. As for not using the steriliser at all - argh, that's a whole other thing I've been driving myself nuts about - I've been going back and forth on it but decided to sterilise anyway, just so that I don't have to have the debate with myself any longer

No microwave ones are about half the size.

The IQ is the same size as the older version.

lol

I was like that but I got one anyway. I sterilised in the early days and then gave up when dd started to feed ds bits of fluff off the floor and the dogs started to lick him

I used the avent electric one, I used to Stake bottles apart and then but the valve and middle bits around sides of bottle
BUT could only do 5 at a time

I put the necks down the middle stick, teats at the bottom with the vents placed on top, then the bottles and lids on the top.

If that makes any sense.
