So I stopped breastfeeding 2 days ago and ever since I wasn’t to kill people... for the smallest thing, everything is irritating me... when will this pass?

Maybe I’ll just start again and give up when life is more normal

Really? I stopped and didn't notice any change. My bra just feels a bit looser.

I don't see why it couldn't give you the rage though, there obviously is a hormonal change happening.

I'd suggest trying to take some time for yourself in the day for a bath or whatever. Take vitamins, drink loads of water and enjoy getting your boobs back!!

Are you just 'over' breastfeeding or are you feeling some pressure from others? I BF DS1 until 2y8m and DS2 until 4y, and managed to ignore people telling me to stop Grin no advice, but perhaps your hormones will take a while to settle Thanks

Ok thank you! Yes would be nice to get some time to myself!!!

I don’t really feel pressure from anyone to stop because he only really feeds morning and night so no one really knows we still do it, but he’s started shouting BOOOOOBIE a lot when out!!! And also feels it’s time as thinking of number 3 soonish/hopefully!!

Not sure but I read some research regarding stopping and it will impact your mood due to the lack of oxytocin. Think the advice was to do other things that promote it like exercise and hugs or something. I can’t really remember but just want you to know it’s normal and should not last too long. Maybe get some vitamins for a general pick me up
