Yellow seedy poop, 7m old formula fed

Hey, so my baby's been formula fed since 9 weeks old.
Back story, shes had reflux, so was on anti reflux milk but as that bunged her up, we only used that at night and comfort during the day which helped keep her regular.
About 10 days ago we trialled her at night on the comfort milk instead and she wasn't bringing it back up so we carried on with it, however 3 days ago she started with quite loose nappies. They're still loose now. They look like a Newborns, yellow and seedy.
She's still taking milk fine and eating what solids we give her, she doesn't seem dehydrated (the bump on her heads not sunk etc) but still making sure she's having water etc.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this, wondering if maybe being on comfort milk 24/7 isn't agreeing with her.
We do have some normal formula too, wondering whether we should try her just on that (going back a month or so, if she had normal, it'd come straight back up because of reflux)

What solids has she been having? Sometimes it’s the specific solid that causes this.

I did wonder if it could be food related, she's been having jar stuff mainly, rice pudding, banana crumble, cottage pie, chicken dinners etc she's had them all before last week though but not reacted to anything

This always preceded teething for ds , does it smell vinegary?

Yeh I also thought teething too.
