Feeding through the night?

Hi everyone,

As the title says really. Is it normal to still be feeding through the night? My LO (little one) is still waking and feeding 1-2 times is this normal? Should I offer water instead of milk? He is 13 months, has 3 meals a day and has 3 milk bottles (8ozs) during the day.

TIA (thanks in advance) x

You should start adding snacks during the day and bottles should be swapped for cups. Wait a few weeks after adding in 3 snacks a day and see what happens then.

Sounds like it may be more of a habit than a need for food.

Sounds like habit to me. Offer water to see if thirsty or not, won’t do any harm.
