Transitioning between teat sizes

So DD went from a size 1 to a size 2 at 8 weeks with no issues (Tommee tippee bottles)
We’ve been using mam bottles with a size 2 teat and it now seems pretty obvious that she should be going up to a 3 (22 weeks now) she’s seemed like she should go up a size for the last couple of weeks, I keep trying but she just won’t take from a size 3 teat, but she takes ages to drink on a size 2, gets bored and won’t finish a bottle, sucks so hard that the teat vacuum's itself and then gets mad.
Any tips? Or should I just try and persist with the size 3 until she drinks?

My daughter is nearly 1 and still uses a size 2 teat. we use one of the transition teats too. I'm in no rush she can drink perfectly fine from a sippy cup too.
