Nursing bras for the bloody enormous...

Can anyone recommend good, comfy nursing bras for larger breasts.

I had bought 40Gs for the end of pregnancy, but now milk is in a feel like I could do with an extra cup size or two.

The main problem I've had over the last couple of days is that when I drop the cup to feed there is a LOT of material, (due to the size of the cup) and so I'm ending up with big lumpy, uncomfortable, bunch pressing into the breast while I'm trying to feed.

Any recommendations for bras to order online? There's nowhere anywhere near me that sticks anything suitable.

Also; has anyone found a nursing bra where you don't have to flip down the whole cup? I'm struggling to be discrete as there needs to be a lot of flesh uncovered before I can get to the nipple.

Hi, another one in the bloody enormous category here! 36J
I highly recommend the Boob or Bust Facebook group. From fit advice, nursing bra suggestions, suggested online retailers and fit checks, they do it all. Biggest help for me anywhere. www.facebook.com/groups/BoobOrBust/?ref=share
You’ll soon get it figured out.
I don’t get on with the A-frame nursing bras fit wise but Hot Milk Bras do provide more coverage and because of the frame they are smaller and easier to do back up. Instead if modesty is required I normally get round the ‘flesh acreage’ issue by tucking a muslin in my bra strap. When I get a new bra I practice feeding in front of a mirror, quite often it is fine from that perspective. Also you are recommended to get a softer bra for earlier on, Boob or Bust has several recommendations for these.

I really hope you find something comfortable and which works for you!

I found nursing vests really helpful for keeping covered, so although I had to flip the whole boob out of the cup, the nursing vest creates a little window & keeps most of the enormo-nork covered up.

Be careful about not fully opening the cup, part of the problems I had with mastitis, blocked ducts etc weRe I think to Do with uneven pressure on the breast.

Molke are great. They have limited stock at the moment due to covid but you might get lucky.

Thanks everyone. I'll have a look and treat myself to some new ones, and until they arrive I'm very tempted to just stay at home in my pyjamas!
