So my baby has CMPA, when she was started on amino acid based formula 4 weeks ago, the reflux symptoms, pain, vomiting all went away.
Two days ago, she started vomiting again, bringing up clear fluid and screaming when taking a bottle, sounds like she’s having to swallow twice and then choking a bit.
I phoned the GP yesterday (not our normal GP) who sounded like they didn’t really care about it, I asked if I should restart her gaviscon, which didn’t really work the first time, the GP said yes, so she’s been having that since yesterday, but if anything seems a bit worse.
Should I wait a bit longer to see how she does, or phone the GP again tomorrow?

Which formula did they start her on? Some babies can't tolerate the level one CMPA formulas and need to go to something even more processed.

SMA alfamino, as far as I was aware, it’s about as hypoallergenic as they get.
I just worry, that because she improved so much for the last 2 weeks on it, that there might be something else?
The newest lot of tins that we got, are relabelled for the U.K. and around the time it started, her symptoms seemed to come back?
I know that might sound stupid, as it should be the same worldwide, but there havnt been any other changes.
