Dr Brown bottles

My DS is 10 weeks old and have just changed from mam bottles to Dr Brown due to problems with wind. The Dr Brown bottles are definitely helping with wind, but I can't seem to get him to finish the bottle. Before he was drinking 7 ounces, now I can only get him to have 4/5. I don't know if it's because Dr Brown are slower release so he's having to work harder for it and is tired and fuller. Has anyone else had this or similar?

Could it be the narrow teat, compared to the MAM bottle. We use them at work for our cleft palates babies and they look very narrow. There is a similar Tommie tippe bottle with the vent system. That might be worth a try?
