Don’t go cold turkey as you risk mastitis.
Cut down the day feeds one at a time first, then the night feeds. Helps if you can get someone else to give him a drink/ bottle so he doesn’t smell your milk. Does he drink cows milk?

How many feeds does he have right now? At this age he should be down to 2 or 3. If he’s feeding more you will need to replace the breastmilk with formula or cows milk initially and express yours at work.

He should start to eat more. With food keep
offering a variety at their usual meal times, don’t scale it back assuming they won’t eat this or that (kids are fickle). Bottle of milk after meal times not before.

Hello, thank you
He is feeding more than 3 times in day. 3 times during night. Which is very difficult to do express During this c-19. Not save at all. I let him try so many brand of formula milk already. He refused to drink it. Do you have any recommendations for formula Milks? Thank you

With all mine I've gone back to work while still breastfeeding.
I found that when away from me they took either expressed milk or cows milk (wouldn't for me). At 13 months he'll be fine with 2-3 feeds. I found mine all ate more solids when not with me to as no comfort feeds. I always did morning and evening feeds then they would have a bottle in the day. I'm not sure I'd start formula at 13 months as cows milk is fine.
Re mastis be careful not to ween off too quickly, only drop one feed at a time and express if needed.
My biggest worry going back to work was that they'd not eat drink I wish I hadn't worried so much they were all fine.
