How many milk feeds at 7 months

My 7 month old has four 7oz formula feeds a day at 7am, 11am, 3pm and 7pm. She also eats 3 meals a day and has a really good appetite.
I'm starting to find that lunch time is overlapping with her 11am feed and wondering if she's too young for me to drop the 11am feed in place of lunch?
I know that milk is the main source of nutrition for the first year so is 3 feeds enough at this age? Wondering how many feeds other babies are having at this age?

Why don’t you try it and see how she gets on? Are you giving her milk because she’s obviously hungry, or because that is your routine? I would be lead by her at this stage.

More routine really than hunger. She isn't looking for the feed but will take it if offered. She naps around 12pm so I'm finding by the time she has 11am bottle she's too full for lunch so soon after plus starts getting cranky for her nap so lunch isn't enjoyable!
Think I'll give it a try and see!

DS is 9 months and we still generally have 4 feeds a day at similar times (albeit our last two feeds are an hour later. DS also naps around midday so we tend to do lunch after nap when he wakes up - I generally run 2 hours or so between food (whether milk or a meal). We sometimes have three bottles of naps fall at funny times but he seems to still want 4.

As long as she has at least 500ml of formula across the day she should be getting her nutrients. If you give less than that then make sure you provide some supplements - NHS recommends Vitamins D, A, C.
