What can I eat & drink to enrich/increase my milk supply?

10mo ds is now on 3 (quite large) meals a day but still gets all his milk drinks from me. I've noticed that he now only seems to actually be swallowing for a couple of minutes (if that) & it can take up to a minute for the milk to actually start to flow. This frustrates him & I sometimes get the feeling my milk has run out before he is satisfied. I can't even shift him over to the other boob as he never liked drinking from my right side & completely lost interest in it months ago so it has dried up.

I've never bf past 6 months before so don't know if what I'm describing is normal or not. Please help as neither of us are in any hurry to stop but I am worried that he's not getting enough milk.

He feeds from me at least 5 times a day btw.

you can't really 'enrich' your milk by eating anything special.

i should think it is normal behaviour though. they all go through phases so don't stress about it. and if you are only feeding on one side, then that side produces more.
