Hipp organic undissolved formula?

Hi, I opened a box of hipp organic today and noticed that all of the formula is not dissolving, I have been using this milk for 6 months with no previous problem, has anyone noticed this? I spoke to hipp and they have said that they have had no other reports of this. I am going to get a new box tomorrow to try. I know its not me as not had any problems before, also I follow the instructions to the letter (ex chemist so know how to make formulations accurately).

I use the old recipe one and haven't had any problems. The new recipe seems different (smells of fish for one) but noone mentioned it not mixing.

I think the new smell is the omega 3. It smells vile, I don't know how they drink it bless them but they do!

I bought a new box and made 2 bottles up side by side using the old and new formula and only saw the deposits in the old formula so definetely just that box of formula. Thanks for your replies x
