Tommee tippee newborn teats

Hi all. I’ve been researching the tommee tippee newborn teats, but don’t know whether we should start on slow or variable flow as they both say suitable for 0+ months? Does anyone have any advice? Thanks in advance.

Slow! Variable is pretty fast apparently.

Slow. Variable is really quite fast, my now 2 year old started on bottle at 1 and we used varaiable flow straight away he still has them now and they are really easy if he even tips the bottle milk comes out so def slow for a newborn
