Meal/snack/bf schedule for one year old?

I feel a bit dim but I'm just wondering where I'm supposed to be fitting snacks in for my one-year-old. He's just turned one and we are still breastfeeding.

Currently he has:
1 or 2 feeds overnight (still!).
Bf at waking
Breakfast an hour after waking which is Toast or porridge and fruit
Bf at about 10
Lunch plus fruit
BF about 2
Dinner and pid
Bf to sleep

Am I supposed to be replacing the breastfeeding with snacks? He's not asking for food really and doesn't reliably eat his meals. He has access to water whenever he wants too.

are you wanting to cut down on bf?
you could try offering a snack instead inbetween meal times. you don't need to do this as such.
sr nutrition has lots of good info on the topic.

@bananabreadqueen im OK with bfing still but those 10 and 2 feeds are to get him to nap so would be hard pressed to get rid of those. Considering it from a nutririon pov. Will look at sr nutrition thanks.
