How much expressed milk for 1 feed?

I’d like to continue breastfeeding when my daughter starts nursery at age 8 months (depending on the state of the world!). She would be at nursery from 8am - 5pm ...I’m guessing by that age I would probably need to pump twice in her absence and give her two bottles?

I’m struggling to figure out what volume of oz is required for each feed though..a lot of calculators seem to be based on formula fed babies. Other information says the volume stays fairly constant as breastmilk isn’t equal to formula. I’m doubting I could express more than 4 or 5 oz at a time.

She'll need roughly a floz if every hour (I think, I'm not trained though).

Do you know the times they feed them at Nursery? That might help. If you fed her say at 6.30 am, then her best bottle was 10.30 she'd need 4 floz, although she's unlikely to take that much. BF babies rarely take more than 2 or 3 floz from a bottle at a time.
