Not had this with any of my others and it's really annoying! Does anyone know how long it'll last? He's a twin so I'm tandem feeding, so no spare hand to get the thumb out again without unlatching first...which disturbs his sister on the other side... grrrrr

Can you swaddle him?

I used to swaddle them both in the early days (stopped then interfering with each other generally), but he's 4 months now and wriggles out of it. I've even tried trapping his arm under his sister but he still manages to wriggle his little fingers up after a few minutes.

My baby does this sometimes too, I find if you fold the scratch cover over on the baby grow and cover their hands, they don't try anymore. Helps when they get to the scratching your boob faze too. Smile

I can't offer any advise, only solidarity. My 5mo tries to shove his whole hand in whilst feeding 🙄

Mine does this! No idea how to stop it though unfortunately
