Can the mini pill affect your breastmilk?

Doc says it doesn't, but worried about it affecting supply and whether it can get into the milk. Would hate to be passing on hormones this soon to baby... Anyone experienced ny side affects too?

It won't affect you breast milk supply and is a very safe pill to take. I think the research shows that a tiny amount may get into the breast milk, but it is so small that it won't affect your LO. The side effects you may notice are irregular bleeding (should settle by 3rd pack if you notice it at all) and perhaps some skin changes and maybe mood changes. But all these things should settle by 3rd pack, or you need to go back and get a different brand.
