Supply advice

Hi I am wondering if anyone can offer any advice. With my first I went to breastfeeding/local groups where I could ask advice and my health visitor has currently been redeployed.
I am breastfeeding DS who is almost 7 weeks but sometimes pump and offer via bottle.
After a horrible bout of mastitis, my supply dropped massively but with fenugreek and lots of feeding/pumping I managed to improve it again. However, every morning my right breast is engorged and often leaks but my left does nothing and feels empty. I also struggle to get DS to feed long from the left side to improve supply as he gets annoyed as I think nothing comes out (also he doesn’t settle after feeding that side but does just from the right) and I also can’t pump more than one oz from that side, where as I get 4/5oz off the right.
Do you have any ideas how to increase supply on that side when he won’t entertain feeding properly from it? Thankyou Smile

I'm no expert, but have you tried breast compressions on that side? I don't have great supply either side so switch baby back and forth several times and do compressions. Basically once he starts to fuss a bit I squeeze my boob as he sucks and he seems to go a bit longer.

I have this issue still and my daughter is 9 months 🤦🏼‍♀️
I was told to pump the side that isn't as full between feeds/pumping sessions. I did that for a while and it got better but then I stopped and it went back to the same issue. My daughter has always preferred my left so I guess it just made it worse and then the more she wanted the faster milk the worse it got!
I'm exclusively pumping now and I can't fix it! My right produces half as much 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
