How often should I replace teats on my bottles?

My DD has used medium flow teats since birth (15 weeks) and is quite happy with them (variflow teats were a disaster!). I threw one away at the weekend as I put my fingernail through it when cleaning it....but it made me wonder if I should replace the whole lot regularly or wait until they perish.

What do you do?

TIA

I replaced mine when they went a very milky colour and they felt sticky even after washing (that was silicone ones). Probably replaced them every 4 months or so.

every 3 or 4 months, they have differant flows as well so try and notice if your baby looks like the milk isnt coming quick enough for her

May need to get some new ones then! Thanks
