Refusing feeds -EBF

My little one is three months and has refused his feeds for the past 3.5 hours. He normally feeds every 90 mins still.

I think he’s started to teeth as red cheeks and drooling loads. He’s been crying quite a bit today. I’ve just managed to get him to sleep by rocking him but worried he’s not feeding. Every time I try him he really cries, tried both sides too.

Anyone had any experience of this?

Have you checked his temperature? Checked inside his mouth for swollen throat? Is he tugging on an ear? He may be ill with a ear/throat infection.
I’d call 111

Yeah he’s temp is fine. He hasn’t tugged on his ear . I will check his throat once awake.

I didn’t know whether to try him with some milk in a bottle to see if it’s something to do with me. Looking at the symptoms I would say he’s teething so not sure if it could be that but scaring me as he’s never not fed, loves his milk!

If he doesn’t feed once he’s woke up I will call 111.
