Does anyone experience the "letdown" reflex at random times? My baby is 5 weeks old and a few times a day I get a sad feeling and then a tingling which feels like let down. A few times I havent had breast pads in and have ended up with wet patches 
. Any idea what causes this and whether it is an early stages thing or will continue throughout breastfeeding? I dont remember it ever happening with my first baby.
