hi folks - her eis have been expressing away building up a reserve stock in my freezer to use when i go back to work. only probs - i have now been told that as the quality of my milk changes as time goes on - this stuff is pretty much useless. arghhhhh - have all my expressing efforts been a waste!

I have two avents as well, one manual, one electric and a medela mini, but I don't use that as it's a waste of time.

I'm so impressed you're stll persevering with bfing after everything you've been through.
