Exclusively pumping

I want to hear from mums who exclusively pumped. Please gimme all your tips and recommendations!

Double pump I used to pump at feed time, whilst DH (who was out of work at the time) would bottle-feed our son from what we had stockpiled. I think it helped us to bond as a family.

Double electric hospital grade pump. Hands free bra, find a routine & stick to it including a middle of the night feed (hell) Freeze as much as you can, dont waste any. Take it 1 day at a time. Dont be afraid to pump anywhere otherwise you will be tied to the house.

Perfectly possible but v hard work.

How old is your DC? I pumped from birth while attempting to bf. By 6 weeks I was only bf over night, with a nipple shield. By 3 months he was sleeping through so I was just pumping. I carried on until he turned 1, although we introduced 1 formula bottle a day when I went back to work at 9 Months.
