DH just came home from work with a shit ton of fresh farm eggs and spuds. Hit me with recipes! Nothing too fancy as I have a clingy, teething 4 month old 🥔🥚

Can hon par-boil the potatoes, assuming you have freezer space?

Yorkshire puds take 4 eggs and how about pancakes for breakfast?
