Lopsided boobs breastfeeding

Hi I don’t know if anyone had this before but my baby prefers the left boob and has now left my right boob so much smaller as she won’t feed from it! Help! I look so strange! Has anyone had this? How can I even out? Will I ever even out?

Mine hasn't I'm afraid. No matter what I did. I even tried pumping the non preferred side.

A friend said this happened to hers and they went back to normal.

My baby only fed from one side. That boobs a bit bigger now but not massively.

This happened with me too, with my 3rd and then 4th..when I realised I started to try feed on the other boob a bit more and it did sort itself out .. on dc5 now and consciously feeding equally now so no more lopsidedness

My DD has had really strong boob preferences for what felt like ages ... And then totally switched!!

• Her first 2 weeks, she strongly preferred my right boob and I kooked very lopsided.

-Then until she was 4 months old I really struggled to get her to feed from my right boob at all- it came out too fast on that side and she just couldn't manage it.

• Around 9mo she developed a from my left boob and all night from my right boob. I was a little lopsided, but not noticeable to strangers.
• Since DD was around 14mo, she now takes turns which boob she has and gets cross if I offer the 'wrong' boob, as it's not as full of milk. At night I have to swap places with her every feed or so because she won't settle without getting the fuller boob.

DD is 18mo and my boobs look even again. Try not to worry - keep offering both boobs, try different positions, but your body knows what it's doing, will make the right amount of milk and you will even out eventually.

According to my HV a couple of years ago it's really common. Apparently the best thing is to always start with the least preferred side.
