Hi everyone wonder if anyone has had something similar.
I stopped breastfeeding over 6 months ago and had gradually reduced it to just 2x day time feeds 6 months prior to finishing..
Milk supply dried up quickly and went back to "normal".. now I've noticed the past few days they are really sore and milk is coming out they feel really full .
I do get breast pain when due on period but I'm not due to start until the end of the month.
Is this normal what should I do?
