Nightmare feeding

My 8 month Old has had a few feeding issues since 6 months old. She was at first treated for constipation and put on nutramigen formula eventually about a month ago. She improved and doctor wanted to see if she is lactose intolerant too after sending me away lots and saying she didn’t have cows milk protein allergy. She was finally put on nutramigen which she had around 3 weeks then was swapped to a lactose CMPA milk aptamil pepti. A few days after being on pepti she started showing the same symptoms as before. Constipation. Bottle refusing. Less solid intake. Waking several times a night to feed as she wasn’t taking enough in the day. I told the doctor all this and Friday she was put back on nutramigen. She is now still refusing bottles although she is having bm’s. She took 5oz last night before bed. Vomited and then woke but only took 2oz at 10pm. She then slept until 5:40am where she had just under 3oz. She’s refusing solids too. She used to be okay with them and now she just doesn’t want to feed. It’s w battle to get her milk into her. Does anyone have any idea of anything I can do? I’ve tried sippy cups, different teats have seen Pediatrician. The doctor won’t give any more movicol so we just have to let her self regulate. Her reduced intake is worrying me and it’s been on and off for two months now. She’s gaining weight but I really don’t know how
