colief - adding to expressed milk - really necessary? sounds like a palaver

i did it briefly
would express some milk and add the colief, then give to DS with a syringe
PITA but doable ...

I use it and it really is a hassle to express etc . In the end I put 2 drops on my nipple at the beggining of the feed and two drops a little into the feed. Seems to have no ill effects and is still effective.
