vomiting after feeding

every now and again my ds vomits after a feed. He hasn't done it now for about 4 days but he's now done it after the last two feeds, is this normal or should I be worried?

My ds had a couple of weeks of this too. He still possets now and again but nothing like the vomitous that it was! Have you tried keeping him upright after his feed?
