My baby is 3 month and I did not want to breastfeed a lot of people were telling me how awful it was and I shouldn't of listened she's been on formula since birth she also has a milk allergy I was wondering if I could try breastfeeding her and if my milk supply would come back? Might be a silly question but thought I'd ask anyways

Google relactation- I don't know anything about it but I believe it can be done. Good luck!

Kellymom has lots of advice for relactation. It takes a lot of time and dedication, so best to make sure you have no plans for a while to enable lots of snuggly skin on skin time.

If your baby has a milk allergy then you will also need to cut dairy out of your diet.

This is a great booklet shop.breastfeeding.asn.au/products/relactation-and-induced-lactation/

Have a look up on relactation, Lucy Ruddle is a great source of info on the topic (she has just published a book). It will take time but can be done. Also talk to GP as there are drugs you can take to aid production

You can because people have done it when they haven't given birth. GP can prescribe drugs but you would also need time and a decent pump too (for when baby napping etc). Have you tried to latch your baby on to see how she gets on?
