Formula to cows milk

Hi all. My little girl is 1 next week so I'm going to be transitioning her from formula to cows milk. She currently has 3 bottles a day (6oz at 9am, 6oz at 2pm and 8oz before bed) but I've read they only should have 12oz a day of cows milk? So ideally would I be needing to cut out one of these bottles? Also how do people give their babies cows milk? Out of a cup or still a bottle?

You dont have to instantly drop to 12oz. You could keep the am and PM bottles and switch the 2pm milk to cows milk in a lidded cup and see how it goes. I used to offer it in the highchair with a snack.

I'm about to do the transition as well but think I'm going to give him his morning and afternoon bottle with cows milk and leave the bed time bottle as formula for a few weeks to see how things go.
