Stop using baby bottles?

At what age do people stop using bottles ie closer to nature tommee tippee (bottles like these) and move on to sippy cup type things? I have heard people like to give milk in the "baby" bottles until 2 or 3 but some mums have said this is inappropriate and stops the child's development?? Is this true?

I'd usually go with what theNHS recommend on things like this which is 12 months. If you've registered LO with a dentist, they will probably tell you the same Smile
