Switched to aptamil anti reflux formula to help DS but he’s been having seriously frequent mega stinky farts ever since - I keep thinking he’s done a dirty nappy!
He’s also doing fewer dirty nappies but they are REALLY full when he does go.
Is this normal on anti-reflux milk?
I’m combo feeding at the moment so bf most of the time and topping up with the formula
