Baby won't eat - dietician referral

It's looking like LO (9 months) is going to be referred to a dietician as he's dropped from 50 to 9 percentile. He's never been a big eater, we've tried every way of getting food into him and he's just not interested. He also won't take a bottle so he's not getting any formula apart from the little bit I can mix into wheatabix. All very difficult.

Has anyone been in this position? What does a dietician actually do? Any tips?! Thank you

Is he hungry and refusing or just not interested in food?

Have things like tongue tie, reflux and milk allergy been ruled out?

Will he take a cup with the formula in instead OP?
