Missed/irregular periods whilst breastfeeding? Symptoms

Hi all

I wondered if anyone else has experienced similar. Still BF through the night & several times in the day, ds has just turned 1. AF returned 6 weeks ago, had the usual period pains before, 4 weeks prior to this I had period pains etc but AF didn't arrive. Not had AF since 6 weeks ago but have had the period pains again, cramping bloatingback pain etc. Did anyone else experience this irregularity? Will it just come at anytime or in the form of a cycle? Getting worried 🥺

Yes all totally normal to have a few ghost periods before your normal levels of fertility return

Thank you! I'm just worried as the PMS symptoms are continuing, cramps etc
