Cow and Gate Comfort

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to get people experience of this formula if you use it.
My son in 3 weeks old. He was initially breastfed but due to a perfect storm of issues we made the difficult decision to switch to formula.
The first one we tried was the amtamil profura powder which he didn't seem to like. It made him very him very gassy and he would be pretty unsettled after a feed, vomiting quite often. I did some research and saw people recommending Cow and Gate comfort. He doesn't suffer from colic or constipation but I thought we would give it a go! He's been on it a week and reflux/overall comfort wise seems fine with it. My only issue is his other end....
His farts are absolutely mutant as are his bowel movements. I'm also concerned they're too runny. They're yellow and the consistency of a mr whippy (sorry if TMI).
I'm thinking I would like to get him onto just Regular formula.
Has anyone tried a regular one that they think their baby has an okay time digesting and doesn't make them unsettled and refluxy? I was thinking of trying HIPP Organic.
Any suggestions welcome!

Both of my DN had HIPPOrganic and were happy on it.

my baby has silent reflux and is miserable most of the time, she is on hipp organic and is just as unhappy as when she was on regular cow and gate lol. i don’t think there’s much of a difference between them all. if you’ve found something that works stick to it.

Thanks guys - we actually ended up going for the Hipp organic in the end. I wasn't convinced at first as he was vomiting frequently and just more unsettled... we persevered though and after about 3/4 days he got used to it. I'd still say he's more windy but we're managing 😊
