Infant gaviscon and infacol?

DD is 7 weeks old and EBF. She has been prescribed infant gaviscon for reflux, and lactulose for the constipation caused by the gaviscon.

She suffers from really bad wind and I had her on infacol but stopped this when I started the gaviscon, but her wind is still really bad and causing her lots of pain at night. Can I give her gaviscon and infacol at the same time? I don't give her gaviscon at every feed (she feeds way more than 6 times in 24 hours, which is the limit for gaviscon) so could give her infacol at the feeds I don't give gaviscon.

I hate giving her so much but I just want to help her be more comfortable, she is barely sleeping at night at the moment and she is clearly shattered.

Infacol has no value. If she has reflux use the gaviscon. Infacol will have no bearing on her wind

A few people have said that @NoMorePoliticsPlease but it did seem to help, it was suggested by my midwife and I know others who swear by it. It might be a placebo effect but right now I'm willing to try anything that might make my DD more comfortable.
