So I have breastfeed all 3 of my children I’m 29, every time I have had aching in my ankles wrists and knees mainly while bf / I remember asking the Hv once and was told you may still have relaxed muscles like during pregnancy while still bf, I am active and exercise for about 3 mins every day. When I sit at night and then try and get up or in a morning I feel like a old person just aching mostly my ankles. Has anyone experienced this? Has is gone once stopped bf ?

Didn't want to leave this unanswered. Yes I had similar with both my children- it's postnatal arthralgia. I didn't get much /any! help for it - I don't think HCPs are commonly aware. Used to bug the hell out of me but it passed/got better over time and is now a distant memory. Assumed it's related to bf hormones as opposed relaxin. Used to be notably worse after a lot of carbs too. IIRC. fingers crossed it eases for you soon

Hey, this is super common and it’s vitamin D deficiency! You can get a blood test via your GP, or you can just take supplements
